I’m alone in my room, but there’s a crowd in my head.
This is mostly fueled by inner tension, which in turn introduces an urgency to make unclear decisions.
By removing (or releasing) inner tension from the equation… only then do we get a good night’s sleep. It’s called clarity… Good night! 😴

You don’t need to be restless to practice Clarity. However, you do need to be proactive when it comes to releasing deep inner tension from your mind and body.
