Stuart Mackay - Founder of Clarity

Stuart is the author and founder Clarity, which began in Australia in 1981. He wrote his first self-healing program ‘ACCESS TRACK’ at the age of 28 with co-author David Casson, which was successfully published in the United States. Stuart received an honorary doctorate from the then-Institute of Mind and Body Science in Phoenix, Arizona. 

For more than 43 years, Stuart has travelled the world, presenting the benefits of release inner tension to stilling the mind, progressively improving personal healing and business relations. His method has helped thousands of people – from individuals to Fortune 500 companies – from boardrooms to dining rooms and hospitals around the world.

Stuart has personally introduced Clarity in countries including Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, South Korea and Vietnam). 

Amalina Davis - Chief Executive Officer

Amalina is a business professional turned mental health social entrepreneur. She is currently serving as the Director of Consultancy & Training at Thrive Well, a mental health social enterprise in Malaysia with the aim of providing accessible mental healthcare to all levels of society. 

She holds a Masters of Psychology (Distinction) from Cardiff University and a double degree in Chemical Engineering & Business Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

She previously had a six-year corporate career in a Malaysian multinational conglomerate, spanning marketing, transformation, strategy & internal audit.

Amalina is passionate about the holistic connection between mind, body and soul. She enjoys meditating, doing yoga, reading, writing and travelling. She has travelled to over 40 countries, and writes about her journeys in a blog.

Syed Muzani - Chief Technology Officer
Syed Muzani has over 12 years of experience in software engineering and technical management. He has built over a dozen apps and websites for various startups and corporations, including Petronas, Huawei, Telekom Malaysia, and fintech unicorn Xendit.
Muzani enjoys applying tech to solve human challenges. He comes from a family with a background in psychology, where both his parents graduated from Harvard with a Masters/PhD in Psychology. Muzani’s bachelor’s thesis was synthesizing emotions into recorded speech.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from the University of New South Wales, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Communications) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Cocoa Ho - Head East Asia Carers Program

Cocoa has a vision that one day healing will be ubiquitously known and practised in every family, school and workplace. Her journey towards natural healing started when being a caregiver to her father with cancer. She has since scoured the world for natural healing practices. 


Cocoa has a Masters degree in Natural Healing Sciences from Taiwan University, Public Administration and Management Associate Degree from Hong Kong and a Marketing & e-Commerce certification from Australia.
